Sabina Lindmark

Director of Catering

Sabina joined the Smörgås Catering team in February 2012 with a rich background in event planning and management.  Originally from Sweden, Sabina has been booking and planning events in the New York City area for several years and has worked with a wide range of corporate and private clients.  

Sabina developed her passion for event planning and sales early in her career while planning investor, fundraising and corporate sponsor events within the film and art industry.  In 2010, she joined Serafina Restaurant Group as the Event Manager, where she booked and planned events ranging from weddings, corporate events, nonprofit fundraisers, grand opening celebrations and many other private and special events.  At Serafina, she worked with corporate clients from a vast range of industries, including finance, insurance, medicine, fashion, the arts, and education. 

After joining Smörgås Catering in February 2012 as the Director of Events, Sabina has strategically sold, planned and coordinated over 500 events annually, both onsite and offsite.  Her work has ranged from high-profile events (Stargate Production Gala Dinner, Nordic Cool at the Kennedy Center, Go Green, Farm to Fork Royal Gala Dinner, Range Rover Farm to Fork VIP Event) and international conferences to nonprofit and private events.  Corporate clients come from a vast range of industries, including finance, insurance, royal events, medicine, fashion, the arts, educational institutions and many more. 

Sabina holds a Masters in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Business and has also studied at the Masters Program at EM Lyon in France with a major in Management and Hospitality.
